Hotel and rooms very clean and nice. Employees very nice and friendly. Elevator is extremely warm when riding, to the point it is uncomfortable. I thought the bed slept great, but my wife and son said they were not. Can't please everyone all the time.
Very quiet, clean and comfortable room! Staff are super courteous and helpful from checking in to checking out! Kristin did a great job in helping me save some money on a deal over the phone.
Fairly standard level of comfort and amenities as most Hampton Inns. This one doesn't honor all of the normal Silver status "perks" as most Hampton Inns. Not a big deal. Basically just meant no automatic free water.
We generally stay at Hampton Inn for the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and the secure feeling of the hotel. This hotel room was almost as expected, except for the half inch gap all the way around the door. This let in a lot of light causing the room to not be as dark as normal! Aside from normal wear and tear of a hotel room, it was as expected. However, the continental breakfast was less than desirable. Cold, rubbery eggs, stale pastries, one waffle maker with a long cook time and an equally long line waiting to use it. If I'm ever passing through Altus again I might be tempted to try a different hotel but if this was the only one I wouldn't hesitate to stay there.
Everything was clean. It was enjoyable. The only thing is the swimming pool area is very hot because it is enclosed. Needs to have Windows that can open up to allow for the breeze to go through.
