The speed of the leader is the speed of the team and it's very obvious at this location.
I really enjoyed the food and my waitress, Amanda, was amazing! She was really sweet and was very percky! If you do go to Applebee's, I would suggest requesting for Amanda! She deserves a raise because she has a very attentive, sweet and amazing attitude. The whole time we were there, she had a smile on her face! She was also extremely helpful!!
After waiting a few minutes and watching, who I assumed to be the manager, talk on her cell phone behind the bar we grabbed menus and sat ourselves. It took 5 minutes to get our drink order taken. My wife ordered the BBQ Brisket Tacos. The brisket was cold and the tortillas were hard. I ordered the Bourbon Shrimp and Chicken and the chicken was terrible; did not taste good at all. I wanted to send the food back and have it re-made but my dinner date didn't like the idea. (We have dogs and they'll eat anything.) On another note, our waitress, Sara was very nice! She was also the only staff member I saw with a smile on her face.
I didn't notice that the manager spoke to any tables. She actually walked by 2 customers waiting to be sat and didn't say a word to them. Very unprofessional.
I love eating here, I love the staff and the food is good. It would be a five star if they trimmed up the steak better. Why does my special 12 oz steak have 4 oz of fat?
Honestly if I could give it less than 1 star I would. To start we were ignored for about fifteen minutes before even greeted in a building with 3 other tables. I am positive that one of the tables was just employees talking. We finally ordered and ask for the game to be put on the tv (That never happened) we ordered food and appetizers. Everything came out at the same time, except my son's fries which never made it to the table. Two of our three drinks sat completely empty through our meals. I had to finally go through cabinets to look for a to go box.
Some great tasting food, but they get really busy. And when my girlfriend and I went they were extremely busy. The hostess was not very friendly while being so busy. At times she was down right rude. The food was slow getting out and the drinks were expensive. I paid 45 dollars on drinks and no feeling of buzzed at all. I probably should have giving this place two stars, but I'm nice.
