Great facility and top notch care, but very pricey. However, their care is the best in Altus. Had my German Shepherd neutered with them and had zero complications. They are also very good about calling to see how your pet is doing.
Unfortunately, they will only give you a written perscription and refuse to fax it for faster service. 1-800-Petmeds requires either a fax from the Vet office or a physical copy of the prescription to be mailed in.
By far the best vet I have been to. They checked out my guinea pig, gave it an ultrasound to be extra thorough. The pricing was more than fair. Absolutely phenomenal.
It seems we pay a little more than I would like, but every cent is well spent for the quality of service we receive. The staff here seems to genuinely care about out pets.
After sharing this exact post on Facebook, the clinic responded saying I had never been there. Unfortunately for them I have the receipts and the screenshots to boot. They're classless, dishonest, money-grubbing sacks of bile that are a byproduct of a social disease that has put the quest for profits above the well being of their patients.
Great care, good pricing. The care and treatment of pets is bar-none in the Altus area. Would give another star if boarding was better executed and priced.
So if you plan on getting your prescription online, plan on a long wait because you will have to physically mail in your prescription with this vet office.
My elderly cat had an ear infection. I had heard a lot of bad things about Allpets and their pricing but I'd assumed it was just from cheap people who shouldn't have animals to start with. However, after seeing my cat, the veterinarian prescribed not an antibiotics, but a holistic medication and then had the nerve to charge us for a second visit just to demonstrate how to use it. I went home and googled the problem. Fortunately I had antibiotics for myself, so I gave it to my cat and saved his life. To hell with these greedy people. My cat would have died under their care.
